Ryan Gattermeir Broker/Owner
Ryan Gattermeir is a Lake area native. He graduated in 1992 from Osage High School, then earned his Bachelor Degree in Political Science from Westminster College in 1996. After college, Ryan located to St. Louis and held a position in Office Technology Sales for 6 years. In 1999, Ryan became a Licensed Real Estate Professional and gained experience and knowledge by selling and listing properties in the St. Louis Area. Ryan moved home to the Lake in 2001, along with his wife, Jennifer, to become involved in the family business. They currently reside in Four Seasons. For the past 7 years, Ryan has served on the local, State, and National Realtor Associations. Currently, he is serving as Vice President for the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors and is chair of the MLS Committee & Co-Chair of the Building Task Force. For the Missouri Association of Realtors, Ryan serves on the Legislative/Public Policy Committee, Strategic Action Committee, and is Vice Chair of the Technology Forum. Recently, Ryan was elected to serve a 3 year term on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors. Ryan's involvement on the Local, State, and National Level allows him to keep up with changing issues and market data that helps both his Buyers and Sellers. Ryan received the Zenith award from the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors in 2005 for sales of $10.2 million, and 2006 and 2007 for sales of $13 million. Growing up both at the Lake and in the Real Estate business, Ryan is excited to have the opportunity to share his knowledge and admiration for the Lake with his clients and looks forward to helping you with your next Lake Real Estate investment.
